be still

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10 NIV

Powerful words, especially today within our very busy lives. When is the last time you just took 5 minutes and thanked God for the day? For the very air that we breathe? It seems to be harder to be still and just be, than it is to stay in the cycle of busy. I hope this is a gentle reminder, to do just that. God is waiting, no strings attached.
